In my personal experience, action speaks louder than words. If you want to lead someone to the Lord, you do that first and foremost by setting a good example to those around you. Whether you are the CEO of your company, a manager, or just getting started at an entry-level position, you have the opportunity to let His light shine through you.
When people ask you, "Why are you so happy all the time?" or "Why don't things phase you as much as they do me?" then that's your opening to start sharing your beliefs. You might not "convert" someone into your way of thinking right away but if you continue to incorporate solid moral values such as: Intergrity, Trust, Honesty, and Goodwill into your daily life, it's only natural your peers will want to know where all these good virtues you learned came from.
Through God, all things are possible.
If someone has a different belief or belief system, respect their personal beliefs. Nonetheless, never be afraid to share your own thoughts and faith. If someone was drowning, wouldn't you not only want to pull them out of the water, but also teach them how to swim? People will listen to you once they know they can trust you.
Even at work, don't hesitate to throw someone a life raft. Just make sure you work on your aim so you don't bonk them on the head too hard in the process. Let them see it coming so they can catch what you're tossing their way!
I believe that if you incorporate Jesus and Abba into your life, and let the Holy Spirit guide you, it will be obvious you are being led. Believe it or not, people will be drawn, and you must listen for their questions, and for their hearts. You will know when it is time to speak of God. That's the way it has been for me. I make no secret of what I believe, and though I don't consciously wave a banner, it shows anyway. Be not ashamed!
