I Don't understand

Im very confused about what I'm supposed to do here. Can someone please explain it to me. I spilled my guts in s post yesterday. Now what?  I don't know any of the "members". Names aren't in any particular order that I can tell. Do people read what I posted or do I have to send it to someone in particular ?
