Thanks Marie - I have said many times that I have brothers and sisters all over the world because they have adopted him as a father figure. Glad you are here!

When I first started listening to Zig Ziglar, I fell in love with his voice and the way he speaks. Sometimes I would ask myself, "is this man for real?" Some of the things he would say made it sound so natural to just have a smile on your face 24/7. And that is the beauty of it all. He is genuinely an amazing source of inspiration. A leader and a hero. A father figure to us all. And I am forever grateful that God allowed such a human being to be a part of my life.

I have read Zig's quotes for years. I have always found them to be very inspirational.

Zig Ziglar, Master story teller, committed husband and father, and "endowed with the seeds of greatness." I have been a student of Zig Ziglar for over 30 years. I have been touched by so many of his stories, quotes and teachings. One of the earliest stories that impacted my life was about the helium balloon salesman and the little boy who was taught by that balloon salesman, that the color of the balloon doesn't matter, it's what's inside that makes it go up! I have avoided "stinkin thinkin" for as long as I can remember. However, I have had to get a "check up, from the neck up" now and then. I appreciated him sharing his dieting religiously technique, which was to "stop eating in church". LOL. The tons of sales training material that taught you how not to simply be a "professional conversationalist." And how America would of had a different name if Columbus didn't stop selling. I could go on and on with the impact Zig has had on my life, even to this day I often take the stairs instead of the elevator because of the mental picture of the sign that reads, "Out of Order take the stairs," which reminds us that there is no free ride in life. Thanks to you Mr. Ziglar and to your "sugar baby redhead" because behind every great man is an even a greater woman.

I was a plump, middle-aged, embitterd, single-mother leaving an abusive marriage so broken & defeated. I couldn't answer the phone because I was to stupid to even do that right. I listened to a ZZ tape from the library & thought how wonderful it would be to be "somebody." Guess what? I am sombody & I think I am on the Cusp of Wow. I am so ready to take off -ZZ's writings & tapes have changed my life, taught me to dream again, & find a loving God. ZZ is changing my life (still tip-toeing out to Full Wow!). :)

I still remember picking up Zig's Secrets of closing a sale and being introduced to the power of thinking in a positive way! Thanks Zig and Thank-you Howard for inviting Zig to last years round table. I just ordered the new book, I can't wait.

I remember writing his quotes all over my notebook when I was in high school! My friends used to make fun of me because I carried his book "See You at the Top" around with me. I truly believe being exposed to his work and teaching at a young age helped give me the ability to turn many obstacles and challenges into opportunities -- when most would have just given up. I'm forever grateful for his wisdom, inspiration and teaching! What a blessing he is to the world! I can't wait to read his new book!

When Zig spoke at my conference last year we had a private dinner with a few of my members, Tom, Julie and Zig. Zig said "always remember that it is the people in your life that helped you get to where you are." Great advice!

Zig's story is phenomenal. I was encouraged and reminded of the power of positive thinking and living when I saw his video. Thank God for His amazing grace.
